Is the XV90 a builders grade. Make sure you know before you buy. No Offence to the Lennox Guy but I have had nothing but problems with my Lennox furnace. The ac should be a 14 seer when matched with a proper coil make sure that it's a 410 system and keep away from Coleman there is a good government rebate available for 14 seer systems with a variable speed motor available here in Ontario(cool savings rebate) Only deal with companies that can offer this rebate.
