The diagnostic LED light is flashing 2 times. It tried to light but wouldn’t 3 times before the light flashes twice.. I checked the burners they seem to be clean. I turned off the unit manually and waited a while but it does the same thing over and over.. It wont light.. It sounds like the gas is going and waiting for the unit to ignite. Actually, my furnace has both doors off. I just taped the switch down so I can try and see what is going on and it seems to run fine without the doors.. It is just that the pilot wont light and there are no flames.

lockout due to no flame . could be hot surface ignitor not working if it has one it will glow red hot . if it has sprak ignitor it will sound like a tazer gun either way that is more than likely your problem on them there are too many things it could be to diagnose on the pc you need a tech
the unit will not work with the door off unless you put the two wires together going to the door interlock!but,if you didn’t knoe that i suggest thst you get some one who knows about gas furnaces.good luck……….tony
